Terry Tice was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa but chose to make Fairfield Bay his home in 1982 after a tour of Vietnam and a number of years with UPS driving across the state of Iowa in 18 wheel trucks delivering packages from distribution centers. Terry met and married Dale in 2004 and they make their home in Fairfield Bay where they are active in their community. Terry is disabled but still enjoys hunting and fishing and can be found on Greers Ferry Lake or in the woods when he is not holding down the fort at Tice Realty where he and his wife own and operate a Sale and Property Management Company. Terry serves as Office Administrator and works to keep things smooth and running good while Dale handles the Real Estate needs of owners/sellers and tenants/buyers.
