On Summer Hill – there are two different types. There are 8 condos per building…two upper end and two lower end and 2 upper center and 2 lower center. The center units are around 385 sq. ft and the upper around 485. They do vary a little and I don’t know why but we use what is in the county data and that is what the county assessor has measured out. They were all built as studio – one large room with bed at one end and kitchen at the other. In our listings, we have to designate how many bedrooms and so we check 1 but the bedroom and the living room and the dining/kitchen are all the same room. There are 3 units that the bedroom has been walled off. #3016 that is listed on my web site at $22,500 (actually we will be lowering that price in near future per the seller) has the bedroom walled off by itself. You have a bathroom, a bedroom, a small dining area with a bay window, then the living/kitchen area is together. It is really nice. Check out the pix on my site MLS #10231198.

Would like more infor on 122 Hillcrest, and more pictures.

I have seen Summer Hill “studio” described at two dif locations. One implies one big room with no sep BR, theother description says BR:1 What is the situation? Do you have floor plan? Also, one 2nd story description stated more than 400 sq ft and another description (I think 1st floor) state something under 400. Can you help?

The kitchen appliances (ceramic cook top, wall oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator) are there. No washer or dryer but there are hook ups for yours (electric hook up for dryer). No other amenities with this house. It has a large yard and in case of houses, tenants are always responsible for yard upkeep. You pay all utilities – water, electric, garbage pick up, dish TV, internet if you want that.

So sorry I’ve been out of touch last few days. $750 + utilities means you pay rent plus you pay utilities. Nice house, quiet street, woods around with nice level front and back yard, storage building out back, place for small garden if you wish, house is furnished but not over furnished so room to add personal touches.

Hi my name is Kayla. I’m looking for somewhere to move into within the next month or so. I am interested in this house if it’s still available. I mainly have one question right now. The monthly lease price says $750 + utilities. I haven’t rented many places so I was just wondering, does that mean the utility bills are included in the monthly lease price? I would just like to be sure. Thank you for any answers you can provide.

It is a one bedroom studio and yes it is still available. I have 2 – 1 interior that is very nice and one end unit. Both are lower level with kitchenettes. $450 includes electric, water, cable, sewer, and garbage as well as the amenity fees that allow you to use the Indian Hills Country Club and Golf Course at member prices. Telephone and internet are not included.

Hi Laura,
The dog of course is an issue. I have only a few homes and they are all nice. But finding one in the Clinton School District is hard. Right now I have 2, one at $800 per month and one at $1000 per month but neither will accept a pet. The $800 gave in last year and is replacing the floor now as a result. She won’t give in again. I have one here in Fairfield Bay that I think with a pet deposit would consider, but that would be Shirley School District. You would need to check with Clinton and make sure you could keep her in Clinton with you driving her and picking her up. I’m certain the owner would require a 1 year lease with the pet. Rent is $675 and it is a small 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. Please give me a call – 501-884-4169.

Hi my name is Laura Caudle we have been renting here in Clinton for the last couple of years we have a Perfect Rental History the Land Lord will also attest that we have been Impeccable Renters. The problem is our Land Lord and her Companion are separating which means she will have no where to move except her rental which we are renting. She called me this Morning terribly upset and to let me know that we have till Sept 30th to find a place. If you know like I do there are very FEW nice places to rent here, and my husband and I are raising our Grand Baby and she is in School and I DO NOT want to have to move her out of her school. My husband over sees Union Oilfield Services, so the money is really not a Big issue although I do not want to throw a lot of money away on Rent. We will be next year looking around to buy something but right now I just want to rent something with no so many responsibilities. I saw this house and thought this looks Ideal if it is still available, and if not maybe you may have something else or something coming up. I do not want to pay over 700.00 a month I just can not see putting that much money into renting. The only issue I think there may be with us is we have a 13 year old Dog, we have had her since the minute she was born and I am NOT willing to part with Ally she is STRICTLY an outside dog big fat lazy and happy she is very well taking care of she has never been an issue for us but in this part of the Country seems like everyone has a problem with a dog. If you have anything please call me 501-442-1336 I will tell you I have to have at least 3 bedrooms, and NO ROACHES something decent something that would be nice for us.
